We offer a variety of training programs tailored from companies and individuals with ADHD.
How can I sign up for 1 to 1 coaching?
You can sign up for 1 to 1 coaching by contacting us through the website. The cost is £50 per hour online.
How much experience in working within mental health and youth?
I have been working in many roles since 2005 and have run my own business since 2012. I have spoken at many conferences, including about ADHD as a keynote speaker. .
Can I request a custom training program for my specific needs?
Yes, we can work with you to create a custom training program tailored to your specific needs. The cost is £300 for half day and £500 full day which includes travel expenses and tax. The cost of workshops is £400 for 6 hours.

Can I book a workshop for a group of people?
Yes, we offer workshops that can be booked for groups up to 16 people
Do you offer online training sessions?
Yes, we offer online training sessions for your convenience.
What is the duration of your training programs?
The duration of our training programs varies depending on the specific course. The main course is run either 9.30 to 12.30 or 1.30 to 4.30. I can hold two sessions for up to 32 people
