About Mark Williams BCAH FRSA
Mark Williams is a published author, advocate, keynote speaker, and consultant. Once dismissed by a teacher in school who claimed he would amount to nothing, Mark has since transformed his life in remarkable ways. He became a national champion in three different sports, traveled the globe, influenced policy changes, initiated International Fathers Mental Health Day, and has shared his insights on television and radio around the world.
Diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 40 in 2024, Mark has dedicated the past decade to raising awareness about neurodiversity. With extensive experience in youth and mental health services since 2005—combined with his personal experiences—he is better equipped to support others.
His contributions have been recognized with numerous awards, including the Light of Point Award from the Prime Minister in 2019 and the British Citizen Award in Westminster in 2023. Happily married with a son, Mark aims to leverage his training and coaching expertise to inspire and empower others.
